A note from the Founder

Hey I am Sonam

The Design Ethos was born from a pattern I kept seeing across every industry I worked in — fashion, exports, healthtech, real estate — talented people paying for expensive courses with no clear path, and chasing job promises that don't match how this field actually works. Most of this work is freelance and project-based, not 9-to-5, and almost nobody prepares you for that honestly.

We're building an AI-powered ecosystem that helps builders — designers, developers, product people, entrepreneurs — think, learn, practice, test, and build, through structured guidance, mentorship, community, and real-world projects. Backed by my own training at Kingston University London and Oxford's AI for Business program, we're AI-positive by design — teaching you to leverage AI, not fear it.

This isn't about learning faster. It's about learning better.
